Database Info

Once registered, members are given access to set up a profile. This profile includes:

• Basic personal information
• Available Date (Or a button to indicate not currently available
• Settings interested in serving
• Training
• Special Training
• Indicate available for Placement, Consulting or both
• Synods Available to

The IMA Database is a secure site. Individuals can see only their own information. Bishops and staff have access to all on the Database. The Administrator also has access to the profiles.for maintenance purposes. Bishops will see a page with:

• Color Coded Availability indicator (Based on time or not available)
• Icon indicates availability for placement, consulting or both
• Email link 

Passwords are only known by the individual.. Each person will receive a random password retrieved when registered. They can then personalize the password. These passwords are not accessible by anyone else including the administrators..

Please send an email to info@imaelca.org and share your name, along with where and who you received your training from. You will then receive an email with information on logging in and loading a profile on the system.

We welcome trained full communion partners to also load a profile on the system. Please indicate which denomination and a judicatory contact in order to validate.

Bishops will be able to see a color code that indicates time of availability for a new assignment. This is automatically done when an availability date is put in the system. 

After you have signed up, please let your Bishop know that this resource is available and that you are on it.
